Sesame Noodles with Broccoli



2 tbs sesame tahini
2 tbs water
2 tbs soya sauce
1 1/2 tbs dark sesame oil
2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh ginger grated
1/2 tsp chilli paste
2 gloves of garlic minced
8 onces spaghetti noodles
5 cups of broccoli in little pieces
2 cups of carrots in match sticks
3/4 cup scallian (green onions) thinly sliced
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro (coriander)
3 tbs seame seeds (toasted)


To make the sauce, combine the first 9 ingredients in a ball & whisk together.

Cook the pasta for 5 min. Add the carrots and cook for 1 min. Add the broccoli and cook for 1 more minute. Drain (but not completely) and place in a large bowl. Sprinkle with the onions and remaining ingredients. Drille with the sauce, toss well. Serve immediately. Serves 6.
