Mexican salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can of kidney beans
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • cheddar chese
  • 1 red pepper - chopped
  • 1/2 cup olice oil
  • 3 table spoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 table spoon ground black pepper
  • salt

Preparation

Add the kidneys, corn, onion, tomato, pepper and cheese together into a big boul and mix well. Prepare the sauce aside (by using the rest of the ingredients: olive oil, lime juice, black pepper and salt). Add the sauce before eating. Keep refrigerated.
